Change Page Layout For Printed Handouts. Choose which handout master layout to modify. PDFill which allow to reformat to multiple pages.
Open the presentation that you want to print. On the Layout tab in the Page. On the list of options that appears select Create Handouts Finally click the Create Handouts button.
You can also change the orientation of your notes handouts and outline.
The orientation for the page with the selected text will change to whichever one it is you selected. In the Print dialog box under Settings select the second box which by default is set to Full Page Slides to expand the list of options. The orientation for the page with the selected text will change to whichever one it is you selected. You will need to choose the page layout option that works for you.
