Create And Save Presentation As Template. Ill call this one Red30 Template. Choose the folder you want to save it to and then instead of saving it as a presentation save it as PowerPoint Template potx.
Browse to CUsers DocumentsCustom Office. After you save a presentation template in PowerPoint you can use it to create new presentations. Select the box next to Save as Type and then choose PowerPoint Template from the list of options.
While in the Slide Master view click File Save As Type a name for your template.
To use the template I open PowerPoint and on the New screen click Personal. Set up your PowerPoint presentation as youd like including any customization youd like to use for your template ie images formatting branding etc Go to File Save as Template. Build the overall frame for your template. Once its set up just the way we want click file save as template and now lets give it a name.
