Create Change Or Customize View. A tasks view that shows all activity for this week. On the Views page select Create New in the upper-right corner.
Ive saved them where theyre accessible via the Current View chooser in the Ribbon. You can create a new view in any Outlook folder. On the view on which you want to base your new view click View.
In the View Properties dialog box provide a Name and optionally a Description for the view.
In the Current View group click View Settings. To add a built-in View to your user interface you specify it in an XML element and control its appearance and behavior with element attributes. I cant see an option to change it. Add the right spacer blank view.
