Fix Your Outlook Email Connection By. On the Email tab select your account profile and then choose Repair. To fix the issue go to your Outbox and then open the stuck email messages.
Continue with any additional on-screen directions as directed. On the Email tab select your account profile and then click Repair. Type the email address and password of your primary account previously configured on Outlook.
In Outlook 2010 Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016 select File.
