Presenter View Is On Wrong Screen. The first Swap Presenter View and Slide Show literally switches around which monitor shows the Presenter View helpful I guess if the wrong monitor has been picked up for the Presenter View. Now press Windows Right arrow.
The Presenter Screen is not displayed because it could easily obscure the actual presentation and at least on the Mac you were not even able to bring the presentation to front. Then under Presenter Display check the alternate display option. Whats more when the slideshow was started it didnt take up the whole screen but annoyingly played in a window and left the system tray.
There is only one display.
The taskbar appears both in the Presenter View and the audiences view. When you put Powerpoint in Presentation Mode it goes full screen so if you only have one monitor it is all you can see. If you have three displays it may show up on your computer screen or the screen your audience sees if it isnt assigned correctly. The presenter view will now occupy the right half of the screen.
