Set Audio Device Options In Skype. From the Skype for Business - Options menu select the Audio Device Option. In the right pane you can choose the audio device you wish to use for your calls.
In the Skype for Business app go to Options Primary Device. Select Audio Device from Left navigation. Another thing you can do is test your speaker to make sure it is at the right volume.
The other end of the Skype call will hear the music down the line.
