Share Your Calendar In Outlookcom. On the Organize tab choose Calendar Permissions. In the email that opens type the name of the person outside of your organization that you want to share your calendar.
If you would like to share an Outlook calendar to other people rather than open a shared calendar from others in Outlook Web App please check Sharing your calendar in Outlook Web App. Though you cannot distribute schedules to the email group or distribution list. In Calendar on the toolbar at the top of the page select Share and choose the calendar you want to share.
You cant share calendars owned by other people.
On the Home tab in the Manage Calendars group click Share Calendar and pick the desired one from the drop-down menu. Click on the profile picture in the upper left to view the list of calendars click the icon in the upper left and select Add Shared Calendars. At the bottom of the page select to go to Calendar. Select Add decide who to share your calendar with and select Add.
