The Publish Pages Command Is Missing. The problem Im encountering is that if I open the publish page from an http url the setup cant start my custom msi. Repeat for each page number that you want to print for example 2468.
Note that this issue only occurs on publishing pages ie. Navigating to Options-Customize Ribbon. In the Settings section click in the Pages text box.

This will open up the Publish Options dialog. When the Choose commands from field is set to Popular Commands or File Tab the list is empty. I use Publisher 2007 and Microsoft XP. But a better response is probably this.
